Refund Policy

Try it before you pay
Every account gets 7 days free with no card. In that time we build you a preview of your actual store from your actual brief. The intention is that you never pay to find out whether this works for you.
Cancelling
Cancel any time. To stop all charges on a store billed through Shopify, uninstall the app from your Shopify admin; to stop only new per-order charges, switch back to simulated orders on your dashboard. On the monthly plan, cancelling stops the next renewal.
Your store stays exactly as it is, in your own Shopify account, whether or not you keep paying.
Refunds
If the service did not do what it says — a build that never completed, change requests that were never applied, orders that were not handled — write to us and we will refund the period affected. We would rather refund than argue.
If you simply changed your mind mid-period, we do not refund the part already used, because the work it paid for has already been done. Cancel and it will not renew.
Charged twice, or charged after cancelling? Refunded in full, always.
Per-order charges. A per-order charge is refunded when the order was never placed with your supplier, or was charged twice. It is not refunded because your shopper cancelled or returned the order afterwards: the order was placed, which is the work the charge pays for.
Statutory rights to cancel a distance contract, where they apply to you, are unaffected by any of this.
What we cannot refund
Money spent in your own supplier account on orders your shoppers placed. That balance is yours and the orders were real; it never passes through us.
Shopify's own subscription fees, and any domain you bought through them.
