Terms of Service

What this service does
Storecraft builds and maintains online stores inside accounts you already own. You describe the store you want in your own words; we create the brand, source and price products, write the listings, and set up the pages and homepage in your Shopify store. You can then ask for changes in the same plain language.
We are not a shop, a payment processor, or a shipping company. We operate software inside accounts that belong to you.
Your accounts stay yours
Your Shopify store and your CJ Dropshipping account are yours throughout. You grant us access with credentials you create, and you can revoke that access at any time from your own admin without asking us.
If you stop paying, we do not touch your store. Products, design, pages and content all stay exactly as they are. What stops is new builds, change requests, videos, and automatic order handling.
Trial and payment
New accounts get 7 days free, with no card required. During the trial we render a preview of your store so you can see the result before connecting anything or paying.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Monthly allowances (stores, change requests, videos) reset on the 1st of each month and do not roll over.
You can cancel at any time, from your dashboard or by writing to [email protected]. See the refund policy for what happens to the current period.
What you are responsible for
The products you choose to sell, and whether you may lawfully sell them where you sell them. We source from a third-party supplier and do not verify that any product is permitted in your market.
Your own obligations to your shoppers: consumer law, tax, shipping times, and the accuracy of what your store says. The listings we generate are a starting point that you own and can edit.
Keeping enough balance in your supplier account for orders to be placed. If it runs out, orders will not be fulfilled.
Automated content
Brand names, descriptions, page copy and videos are generated by language models. They can be wrong, generic, or unsuitable, and generated names may collide with existing trademarks. Review what is published to your store; it is your store and your name on it.
Video generation can fail outright — the model refuses or errors — and we do not retry automatically, because each attempt costs real money. A failed attempt is reported, not hidden.
Availability
Best effort, with no uptime guarantee. This is a small service and we would rather say so than imply a service level we cannot hold. When we are down, your storefront is not: it lives on Shopify and keeps serving and taking orders. What pauses is building, changes, and automatic order handling — and order handling catches up when we are back, rather than skipping what it missed.
Ending the agreement
You can cancel or delete your account at any time. Deleting erases your account, your stores' records here, and the credentials we hold — see the privacy policy. Your Shopify store is untouched.
We may suspend an account that is being used to break the law, to abuse the service, or in a way that puts our supplier or payment accounts at risk. We will say why.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or for losses arising from your supplier, your payment provider, or Shopify.
Nothing here removes rights you have that cannot be removed by agreement, including consumer rights.
Which law applies
The business behind this service is being registered, and the governing law and venue will be stated here as soon as that completes. We are not hiding the answer; it is not settled yet, and naming one before it is would be a guess presented as a term.
Wherever you are, this does not take away consumer rights that the law where you live gives you and does not allow to be waived by agreement. If a term here conflicts with such a right, that right wins.
If you need this settled before you subscribe, write to [email protected] and we will tell you where things stand.
Changes
If these terms change materially, we will say so by email to the address on your account before the change takes effect.
